Once your order is received, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process. Please allow more time for tracking information to be updated as local couriers may experience slight delays. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

We will do our best to ship from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your email address.
- Shipping Address Change
There is no charge for changing the shipping address before we provide you with a tracking number.

If you are registered with magicwardrobeol.com, you can track your orders, shipping and handling information in your account. If you are not registered with our website, you can track your order here using your order ID and email address.
- Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately and we will provide a full refund at no additional handling fees. Once the item has shipped, standard return policy will apply.
